IT Network

In addition to offering monthly service agreements, the Preventative Maintenance services is an audit of servers, security, and backup/recovery and storage systems. On-site visits may be conducted periodically from yearly to weekly along with remote maintenance as purchased by the customer. Clients with service agreements are assured a four-hour response time.

Assessments can be concluded in as little as 45-60 days. Configuration and workload information is collected by certified technical personnel with use of the CiRBA product.
 
The collection of information can be done in various ways, though the Agent-based method is recommended. The assessment can be conducted remotely if given the ability to remote into the end-users network. CiRBA agents can be installed on Windows XP, 2000, 2003 (R2), and 2008 operating systems, as well as Red Hat, SUSE, Solaris, AIX, HP UX, and other flavors of Linux. The configuration information is anything from a server's serial number to how many processors or how much memory is in the server. The workload information is simply SNMP or WMI statistics that the server's hardware resources generate. No data is taken from servers.
